To freeze assets at an exchange, you need a legal entity that can be served, sued and held accountable. Exchanges do not talk to anonymous agents. They talk to registered firms with case references and legal counsel.
If we take your case and do nothing, you can file a complaint against a Hong Kong registered company. Good luck doing that with a WhatsApp "recovery specialist."
