Hong Kong recovery firm, CR 61832470. Lawyers, if you agree, are at separate firms.  •  View firms  •  SarahLegal.co  •  Crypto Justice Legal  •  BNG Software

ACS Legal Limited (Hong Kong CR 61832470) is a cryptocurrency asset-recovery firm. It traces stolen Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT and prepares the evidence file. Legal advice and any court filing are handled by admitted lawyers at separate firms, and only if you agree to that introduction. SarahLegal.co (Sarah Schumacher, Swiss Bar, Canton of Jura) may be instructed. Crypto Justice Legal (Sascha Christener, admitted in the Canton of Bern in February 2018) is a separate firm you can contact directly. Sending a form does not hire a lawyer. We aim to contact you within one business day. ACS does not accept citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France.

Who we are

The controller is ACS Legal Limited, Yue Xiu Building, Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, company registration CR 61832470. Privacy requests and complaints go to info@acslegaloffice.com.

ACS is a recovery firm. A form on this site does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and it does not make the message legally privileged.

What we collect

If you send the case review form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, country, an approximate amount, and your description of what happened. We also keep the page address you sent the form from, so we know which enquiry it belongs to.

Please do not include a private key, a seed phrase, a password, or identity documents in the first message. Please do not include health information or other sensitive details unless we later ask for them in writing.

A visit to the site may be measured, including by Google, so we can see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The case review form is separate from that measurement.

Why we use it

We use the form to decide whether we can review the matter and to contact you. We aim to reply within one business day. If you agree, we may introduce you to an admitted lawyer at a separate firm, or point you to BNG SOFTWARE LIMITED for a forensic report under that company's own terms.

We do not use the form to send unrelated marketing. We do not sell the enquiry.

ACS Legal Limited does not accept citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France. If a person in one of those groups writes to us, we delete the enquiry rather than open a file.

Who may receive it

ACS staff who handle new matters receive the enquiry. It is kept so we can reply and so we have a record of what was said.

SarahLegal.co, or another admitted lawyer, receives information only if you agree to that introduction. You would then engage that lawyer directly. Crypto Justice Legal is a separate firm. We do not send your file there unless you ask us to pass on the introduction and you agree.

BNG SOFTWARE LIMITED (Hong Kong company 2781989) receives information only if you choose to request a forensic report and you deal with BNG under BNG's own terms. A court, an exchange, or a bank may later need documents, and only under a written engagement.

How long we keep it

We keep an open enquiry while it is being reviewed. If we decline it, or you ask us to close it, we aim to delete the routine enquiry record within 24 months, unless we must keep it longer for a complaint, a legal claim, or an identity check that has already started.

A matter that proceeds under written terms is kept for as long as those terms and the applicable limitation period require.

Your requests

You may ask for a copy of the enquiry we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@acslegaloffice.com. We aim to answer within one month.

You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

The site is for adults. Do not send an enquiry about a person under 18.

Questions

Does the form hire a lawyer?

No. ACS Legal Limited is not your lawyer because you sent the form. A lawyer is engaged only under a separate written agreement with that lawyer's firm, and only if you agree.

Do you ask for a seed phrase?

No. Do not send a private key, a seed phrase, or a password. Anyone who asks for those is not acting for ACS.
