Hong Kong recovery firm, CR 61832470. Lawyers, if you agree, are at separate firms.  •  View firms  •  SarahLegal.co  •  Crypto Justice Legal  •  BNG Software

ACS Legal Limited (Hong Kong CR 61832470) is a cryptocurrency asset-recovery firm. It traces stolen Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT and prepares the evidence file. Legal advice and any court filing are handled by admitted lawyers at separate firms, and only if you agree to that introduction. SarahLegal.co (Sarah Schumacher, Swiss Bar, Canton of Jura) may be instructed. Crypto Justice Legal (Sascha Christener, admitted in the Canton of Bern in February 2018) is a separate firm you can contact directly. Sending a form does not hire a lawyer. We aim to contact you within one business day. ACS does not accept citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France.

Report it on this website

The form asks for your name, a way to reach you, the country, and what happened. Include the platform name, whether the asset was Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT, and any transaction hashes you already have. Do not include a seed phrase.

We aim to contact you within one business day to say whether ACS can review the matter. That call is not a finding that the platform committed a crime, and it is not a court case.

Also report it to the public desk

In Canada, you can report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

In Australia, you can report to Scamwatch.

In the United Kingdom, you can report to Report Fraud.

Those reports are independent of ACS. A national desk does not, by itself, freeze cryptocurrency.

Request a fraud report

A structured tracing report is produced by BNG SOFTWARE LIMITED, a separate Hong Kong company (number 2781989), under BNG's own terms. The report may help a lawyer or a police report. A court decides whether to accept it. Read the forensic report page, and BNG's own page at https://bngsoftware.ai/blockchain-forensic-report/

Separate lawyers

If you agree, ACS can introduce SarahLegal.co. You can also contact Crypto Justice Legal yourself. They are not partners of each other. Their contact pages are https://sarahlegal.co/contact.html and https://cryptojusticelegal.ch/contact/

Search phrases such as report scam and scam report are widely used in Australia and the United Kingdom, and in Canada. This page is the ACS place to start. ACS is not a government reporting service.

Questions

Does this report freeze my coins?

No. A report creates a record. A freeze, where one is possible, needs a custodian that still holds the assets and a request that a lawyer or a court can stand behind.

Can I report and also ask for a tracing report?

Yes. Use the form for the ACS review, and use the forensic report page if you want BNG's written report.

Case review

Request a case review

Tell us the platform, the asset, and what happened. We aim to contact you within one business day. There is no charge to request a review. If we accept the case, you sign written terms first. The success fee is typically 12.5% of funds that actually reach you. If nothing is recovered, no success fee is due. Court, bank, or conversion charges can still arise.

  • No upfront fee for the review
  • We never ask for a private key or a seed phrase
  • The form does not hire a lawyer
  • ACS Legal Limited does not accept citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France.
